Five for Five! Forgive me while I toot my own horn, but this is a big deal! Last December it was announced in Orange Coast Magazine that I have again been awarded the FIVE STAR PROFESSIONAL Real Estate Agent designation. This makes five years in a row! I know that I couldn't have achieved this honor without the wonderful people that I have had the opportunity to work with this past year. Thank you all so much!
Just so you know, the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award program is the largest and most widely published real estate agent award program in North America. Fewer than 5% of Orange County area real estate agents are selected.
Award winners demonstrate professional excellence with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and providing quality services to clients. The award is based on a rigorous research methodology founded on client feedback. Clients rate their real estate agent on 10 evaluative criteria such as customer service, market knowledge, negotiation, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. Real estate agents are also evaluated on objective criteria involving experience, production levels and complaint history.
